The secure area

The Elan law has set by way of Decree (No. 2019-502 of May 23, 2019) the minimum list of dematerialized documents accessible from a secure online space. This list is applicable since July 1, 2020: maintenance booklet, technical diagnoses, extracts of the rules of co-ownership, insurance contracts, contracts of trustee, maintenance contracts, PV of the AG ... and by co-owner: individual account, provisional budgets and current charges ... statement of charges ...
