The electronic signature integrated into the Zeendoc DMS through a trusted third party allows you to send your documents by email and have them signed electronically from a computer, a smartphone or a tablet. It has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

The large quantity of expense reports linked to your activity can be managed very quickly with Zeendoc by reducing the risks of error and by allowing their assignment directly to the validators.
