In 2007, Charly DELSOL met Mathieu DONZEL. From this collaboration, and from their complementary commercial and technical skills, Zeendoc was born.

2011 - Creation of Zeendoc
Creation of the Zeendoc Electronic Document Management (EDM) platform, the SaaS document management offering for small and medium-sized businesses and local authorities.
2012 - Partnership with Arkhineo
Document security partnership with Arkhineo, a subsidiary of Caisse des Dรฉpรดts et Consignations.
2016 - New features
Launch of electronic invoice signature and reliable audit trail directly in zeendoc.
2017 - Zeendoc is HDS certified
Zeendoc is HADS certified (Hรฉbergement Agrรฉรฉ des Donnรฉes de Santรฉ ร caractรจres personnels).

2018 - Electronic pay slips arrive in zeendoc
Launch of electronic pay slips with Primobox. Directly from Zeendoc, you manage the distribution and archiving of electronic pay slips.
Signing commercial contracts
Launch of electronic signature of commercial contracts in compliance with the eldas regulation.
