    2024 gender equality index targets based on 2023 data

     

    Target increase in the pay gap indicator 

    The Company's objective is to reach a minimum of 32/40 by 2025.

    In order to achieve this objective, a review of compensation throughout the Company was initiated at the end of 2023 and will be confirmed in 2024 for :

    • Take market standards into account
    • Update the salary grid
    • Set up a process for validating salary increases, involving department managers, division managers, directors and the Human Resources Department.

    This will enable us to consolidate a remuneration policy based on objective criteria. Sages Informatique will analyze the reasons for any discrepancies in remuneration between employees in comparable situations.

    Target increase in the pay gap indicator 

    Sages Informatique's objective is to have at least two women among the ten highest earners by 2026, thereby achieving a score of 5/10 on this indicator.

    To this end, Sages Informatique will ensure equal treatment for men and women in terms of salary progression and internal promotion to managerial or executive positions. It will also ensure equal treatment of male and female candidates, particularly when recruiting for managerial and executive positions.
