 Roll-out schedule for business-to-business electronic invoicing

The transition to mandatory electronic invoicing will take place in two stages: 

  • Acceptance obligation For all companies by September 1, 2026 (by December 1, 2026 at the latest)
  • Obligation to issue Large companies and ETIs: September 1, 2026 (by December 1, 2026 at the latest). VSE/SME: September 1, 2027 (by December 1, 2027 at the latest).

 It should be noted that the transmission of transaction data (e-reporting) is affected by the same dates as invoice issue in 2026 and 2027.
