Who are we?
A pioneer in electronic document management, Zeendoc was founded in Ajaccio, Corsica, in the early 2000s. Behind this adventure lies the determined vision of Charly Delsol, who from the outset wanted to offer small and medium-sized businesses an innovative solution for managing their data, at a time when digital technology was just beginning to take off.
In 2000, Charly Delsol founded SAGES Informatique, with the creation of the first Data Center in Corsica.
Faced with the lack of space and the proliferation of paper documents, in 2005 he launched the Scan Center, the first document digitization workshop in Corsica.
2007 marked a decisive turning point when Charly Delsol and Mathieu Donzel met. Drawing on their complementary expertise, they identified a major obstacle: the difficulty of efficiently classifying and exploiting digitized documents. The result was Zeendoc, an intuitive, tailor-made EDM solution designed to meet the specific needs of businesses.

In 2025, on the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the company made a strong choice: Zeendoc became its sole brand, accompanied by a complete overhaul of its brand platform.
Today, Zeendoc is a recognized player in digital transformation. With over 200 employees, more than half of whom are dedicated to research and development, the company combines proximity, commitment and agility to support 500,000 users in the dematerialization and optimal management of their documents.
Zeendoc represents more than two decades of innovation at the service of companies, and is an example of technological excellence made in France.

2011 - Creation of Zeendoc
Creation of the Zeendoc Electronic Document Management (EDM) platform, the SaaS document management offering for small and medium-sized businesses and local authorities.

2012 - Partnership with Arkhineo
Document security partnership with Arkhineo, a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

2016 - New features
Launch of electronic invoice signature and reliable audit trail directly in zeendoc.

2017 - Zeendoc is HDS certified
Zeendoc is HADS certified (Hébergement Agréé des Données de Santé à caractères personnels).
Zeendoc hosts your data with an ISO 27001 and HDS certified host. AZ Network's HDS certification covers activities 1,2,3,4,5 and 6*.
2018 - Electronic pay slips arrive in zeendoc
Launch of electronic pay slips with Primobox. Directly from Zeendoc, you manage the distribution and archiving of electronic pay slips.
Signing commercial contracts
Launch of electronic signature of commercial contracts in compliance with the eldas regulation.
2024 - Over 400,000 users
Zeendoc passes the 400,000 user mark.
2024 - Zeendoc is PDP thanks to its partnership
Zeendoc will enable its users to comply with the mandatory electronic invoicing reform.
2025 - More than 500,000 users
Zeendoc gains 100,000 users in less than a year.
