Sign your documents electronically

Forget paper and manual tasks

Zeendoc allows you to send your documents by email and have them electronically signed by your customers from a computer, smartphone or tablet without any prior installation.

The electronic signature integrated into the Zeendoc EDM solution through a trusted third party has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

Electronic Signature: How does it work?

Sending, signing, tracking and management

Sending

From Zeendoc, select the document, enter the signatories and choose the sending mode, either simultaneously to all recipients or sequentially. You determine the validity period of the document and send.

Signature

Each signatory receives the contract by email with a secure link. They then access the document and can start the electronic signature process with a simple click from any device connected to the internet. After reviewing the entire document and validating it, an authentication code is sent by SMS to their mobile phone to guarantee their identity and electronically sign the document.

Tracking and management

Online tracking of signature statuses (pending, signed, or refused) per recipient allows you to be informed in real time of the progress of the file. Once the contract is signed by all recipients, it is automatically archived in Zeendoc.

How does electronic signing work with Zeendoc?

In France, electronic and handwritten signatures have the same legal value. They guarantee the integrity of a document
and identify its author.

Electronic signatures with Zeendoc are simple, secure and legally recognized in Europe. Here are the 6 key steps:

1. Start from Zeendoc
Start the procedure directly in Zeendoc, from your document (estimate, contract, mandate, etc.).

➡️ No need to leave the platform: everything is done in just a few clicks.

2. Selection of signatories
You specify the persons concerned by the signature.

➡️ A single-use electronic certificate is generated for each signatory, guaranteeing the authenticity of their commitment.

3. Secure sending and authentication
Signatories receive a secure link by email or SMS, with a one-time password (OTP) to validate their identity.

➡️ This system complies with European safety requirements.

4. Recognized and certified signature
Signatories sign electronically from their computer or smartphone.

✔️ Signature recognized by Adobe®
✔️ Backed by a certificate visible on screen and on the printed PDF
